Can you do the exercises in your Lift program with a ring pessary in?

Yes, absolutely. The pessary helps to support your pelvic organs in a nice position so that you can safely strengthen around them. However, if your pessary is uncomfortable when you are doing the exercises, you are also welcome to remove it. You can do it either way.
