I have bad knees. Can I do the floor exercises in Lift?

Even if you have bad knees and trouble with doing exercises on the floor, it is possible to make modifications and still receive the benefits of the Lift for Prolapse Relief Program. This is a fun opportunity to get creative with your Lift exercises, and to tailor them to meet your needs!

Once you are in the Lift Program, you also get access to the FemSquad Community. In the community, you can ask Dr. Bri or another Vibrant Coach to assist you in making modifications to support your body. Enjoy!
