Can I do the Lift program while pregnant?

Yes! You can do the
Lift program while pregnant. It's safe for all trimesters; however, some of the moves might require modifications for the third trimester to reduce time lying on your back and to eliminate time lying on your belly.
Even if you skip the exercises altogether and just watch the educational videos, Lift is WONDERFUL to go through while pregnant so that you can learn (and utilize) the lifestyle tips. You can utilize these tips throughout pregnancy and continue using them after the baby is born.
Lift also makes a great postpartum recovery exercise program, starting around 6 weeks after delivery. Talk to your healthcare provider if you have specific questions about your prenatal or postpartum needs!
